Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia’s Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you complete control over your email box accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. What’s more, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail box accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email boxes against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from ‘Very Low’ to ‘Very High’ to make sure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy – all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply select the email account you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child’s play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message – enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box – you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
